Number of current and former UNLV swimmers taking part in the U.S. Olympic Trials, which end Sunday at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Neb. The six athletes from UNLV who attempted to qualify for the U.S. Olympic swim team and earn a trip to Beijing: David Seiler (100 and 200 fly), Brandon Nelms (50 free), John Mendoza (400 and 1500 free), Adrian Law (100 fly), John Byers (100 fly) and Megan Hunt-Higgins (100 back).
