International Game Technology vice president Robert Bittman has announced he would step down at the end of the year. Bittman will remain in his current position on the IGT board of directors.
Bittman joined IGT in 1985 and has served as the executive vice president of product strategies since 2003. Before that, he held the positions of executive vice president of product development, vice president of marketing, director of marketing and marketing research analyst.
"Bob has been a very big part of IGT's success over the years, and we are pleased that he will remain affiliated with the company through his board activities and duties," IGT chairman and chief executive officer TJ Matthews said of Bittman’s retirement.
Bittman has been a member of the IGT board of directors since May 2000.
