The Las Vegas Republican Town Hall Group is hosting its fourth annual Christmas Military Charity Event at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Marie Calendar's restaurant located at 8175 W. Sahara Ave. between Durango Drive and Buffalo Drive.
State Senator Joe Heck will serve as the master of ceremonies of the dinner event.
Holiday gift baskets will also be raffled off to raise money for the Blue Star Mothers, a nationwide support group for mothers who have, or have had, children serving in the military.
A $5 donation is requested at the door upon arrival. For more information call 581-7926.
