So someone who lives in the mansion ordered state workers to paint over philanthropist Larry Ruvo's name, which had been emblazoned over a stateroom there. I was told by one Gibbonsite that the governor had nothing to do with it, as if some state workers with some extra paint had decided to take it upon themselves to try to erase Ruvo's name. Smashmouth activist Chuck Muth sent out an alert saying: "I'm not sure who's responsible for the paint job, or the reasoning behind this unfortunate decision, but at this point it doesn't matter. Gov. Gibbons should take immediate action to return Mr. Ruvo's name above the entrance of the stateroom to its former prominence." Unless the mansion's other occupant had it done ...
