Letter: Simpson shouldn’t get special treatment
Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007 | 7:44 a.m.
Frank Silver's Sept. 20 letter errs in saying that any other readily identifiable person in O.J. Simpson's situation would have been released from jail earlier. As usual, Simpson got special breaks. He got bail in a reasonable amount of time even though he has a proven tendency to flee. I was surprised that he got bail at all.
