As O.J. mania reached its zenith here Wednesday - one local media outlet actually sent out an alert with the exact time (12:18!) Simpson left the county jail - I wonder how all these folks can keep the story going for the month before he returns for his next court appearance date. Actually, I shudder to think. Perhaps his attorney, Yale Galanter, will learn that the guy he praised for a half-hour in front of the national and international media is named David Roger, not "Rogers," as he kept saying. Not to worry, Mr. G. Folks on TV mangle it here all the time. Maybe others involved in the case and commenting on the hysteria also will learn to pronounce the name of the state correctly and not as Ne-vah-duh.All we want is a little respect, folks!
