In an editorial Thursday, it was incorrectly reported that Claude "Blackie" Evans served as state labor commissioner. He was the labor representative on the Nevada Industrial Commission.
The 2006 World Series of Poker champion was misidentified in a caption in Thursday's edition as Julian Gold. The winner was Jamie Gold.
A story in Thursday's edition about the Las Vegas Art Museum reported that the museum is 7,000 square feet. The museum occupies 27,000 square feet, and the exhibition space is 7,000 square feet.
