OF INTEREST:
The Democratic race has tightened since the last Marist College Institute for Public Opinion poll in October, while Romney's support has grown slightly on the GOP side. Nearly two-thirds of Clinton's supporters strongly support her, while roughly half of Obama's say the same. About half of Romney's and Giuliani's backers express firm support. Terrorism, the economy and immigration are the top concerns cited by likely GOP voters, while Democrats name the war in Iraq, the economy and health care. One-third of Democratic likely voters and one fifth of likely GOP voters say they have met or seen a candidate so far during the campaign.
