Letter: Summerlin residents: Get used to the noise

In response to Med Yones' May 28 letter, "Residents pay for flight path's profits," I would like to comment that I have lived in Sun City MacDonald Ranch in Henderson for 11 years, and all of our residents live in the area where the approaching planes make a left turn over our houses at all times of the day and night.

Yes, we hear it, and it makes noise as we are on our patios, back yards and sleeping. Have you ever heard any complaints from our residents about it? Complaining doesn't make any sense, let alone spending that money on lawsuits. This is prosperity for our city to bring in more tourists and help our economy.

Summerlin residents are making more noise than the jets! Just deal with it or move.
