The computer solitaire, nail-filing and yawns on the Nevada Senate and Assembly floors perhaps tell you all you need to know about Day 115 of the Legislature's 120-day session. With exhaustion and boredom setting in, among veterans and newcomers alike, legislators found simple distractions during Wednesday's floor discussions.
