Highlights of tax breaks under existing ‘green’ law

Here are key details on tax breaks for major projects that have been approved or are in the process of qualifying under the state's existing "green" building law:
-MGM MIRAGE CITYCENTER: $240.7 million in property tax, $100 million in sales tax
-BOYD GAMING/ECHELON PLACE: $164.8 million in property tax, $80.7 million in sales tax
-FONTAINEBLEAU LAS VEGAS: $92 million in property tax, $48.2 million in sales tax
-WYNN RESORTS/ENCORE: $58.6 million in property tax, $30 million in sales tax
-LAS VEGAS SANDS/PALAZZO: $57.5 million in property tax, $27.5 million in sales
-WORLD JEWELRY CENTER: $20.5 million in property tax, $8.8 million in sales tax
-MOLASKY CORPORATE CENTER: $3.6 million in property tax, $1.5 million in sales tax
-MONTECITO PARTNERS: $1.7 million in property tax, sales tax not available
-HALLIER PROPERTIES LLC/PANORAMA TOWERS: $2.8 million in property tax, sales tax not available
