Regarding Carmen M. Rubino's May 12 letter headlined, "Summerlin residents paid for peace, quiet," where the writer states that people in Summerlin "paid for a right," I would like to know which law, exactly, entitles anybody to such a right? If it is not against the law, there is no such right. Governments, not Realtors, establish the law.
