StumbleLetter: Iraqi freedom starts with families here

When I read the Las Vegas Sun's article about the mother and daughter from Iraq ("Painful odyssey, uncertain fate," May 7), it upset me to say the least.
Our government is spending trillions of dollars on so-called Iraqi "freedom." Here is a case where we could start that "freedom" on a much smaller scale.
Give that family their freedom now.
