StumbleLetter: Two years in public office is enough

The Nevada Constitution needs to be changed in light of all these local and state officials, either in prison or under investigation. The term of office should be two years and that's all.
It seems reasonable enough, seeing that it takes them one year to learn how to steal and the second year they steal.
