Letter: A place for many points of view

You are to be commended for posting Lee Gliddon Jr.'s letter on July 15 that lavishly praised President Bush's policies. Although I strongly disagree with Gliddon's assessment of Bush and his policies, which have provoked millions of people in America and the world, the Las Vegas Sun seems to have a more balanced letters to the editor section than the Review-Journal.

I daily read both, and have noticed that the R-J rarely prints any negative letters to the editor concerning Bush's policies. I haven't read many in the R-J criticizing Bush in months, although I've written a few to them that were never published, and I'm sure in this strong backlash against Bush, many other letter writers probably have written negative comments that evidently were rejected also.
