Our state legislators should amend the Constitution to allow a Nevada lottery. Casinos could sell tickets, which would draw in customers. Our people are going to Arizona and California to buy lottery tickets.
The proceeds from the lottery sales could be used to build roads and more offices for the Department of Motor Vehicles, which are really needed.
