Letter: Impeachment should be primary priority

So why are we waiting for President Bush to make up his mind on whether he is going to send more troops to Iraq? The longer he takes, more of our servicemen and women pay the ultimate sacrifice, or are wounded in Iraq. Some more families get condolences from Bush, and he can visit some of the new casualties in the hospital.
Why should we wait for him to make up his mind? Just about all of his decisions regarding Iraq have been wrong. If he comes to the conclusion, with guidance from his inner circle (brain trust?), to send more troops to Iraq, they will just become more targets. The Joint Chiefs of Staff is against this move. But, the cowboy that he is, that's probably the only solution he understands.
There could be one solution, and it's not farfetched. The country showed him in the midterm elections that they are sick and tired of his administration. So, why not make the first order of business in Congress getting impeachment proceedings started quickly?
It would have to be with one addition of course, that Vice President Dick Cheney goes, too.
