It is nice to see that President Bush is finally showing his true colors. His directive requiring political appointees to run each federal agency will require the political appointee in each agency to issue rules and regulations that will follow party lines.
There is plenty of precedent for such a move. Such a system was in wide use in a large part of the world from 1919 to 1990 and is still in use in some countries today. I just hope Mr. Bush will use their true title: Commissars!
