The following recalls have been announced:
- About 16,200 Warmest Jackets for boys, manufactured in Indonesia and sold by Gap Outlet operated by Gap Inc., because they have a waist drawstring that could get caught in a small space and trap a child. The jackets have style number 513573 printed on a white label behind the size and care label on the neckline. No injuries have been reported. - About 50,000 circuit breakers labeled as Square D, manufactured in China and distributed by North American Breaker Co. Inc. (NABCO), because they are counterfeit and can fail to trip when overloaded, posing a fire hazard. No incidents have been reported. The breakers were sold by NABCO, electrical distributors and retailers around the country between March 2003 and April 2006. Details: by phone at 866-505-5851; by Web at http://www.cpsc.gov.
- About 170,000 Tot Tower toy blocks, manufactured in China and imported by eeBoo Corp., because the plastic covering on the blocks can detach and pose a choking risk for children. The company has received two reports of the detached plastic coverings being put in children's mouths. No injuries have been reported.
