-$1 note: 45.5 percent of total note production; 21 months.
-$5 note: 15.4 percent; 16 months.
-$10 note: 0.9 percent; 18 months.
-$20 note: 21.6 percent; 24 months.
-$50 note: 4.7 percent; 55 months.
-$100 note: 11.9 percent; 89 months.
