The smoking law in Las Vegas doesn't make any sense. Smoking is prohibited just about everywhere except in the gambling area of the casinos.
Why are they exempted, when people walking with their children on their way to their rooms or to restaurants are subject to the smoke from those areas?
If the government is so concerned about health, why doesn't it just ban the sale of cigarettes or any tobacco product and forget about the tax it doesn't mind collecting from all of the tobacco sales ?
