Regarding the Las Vegas Sun's Aug. 6 story, "Dealer who defied Wynn can't get new job":
I read with interest about Cynthia Fields, who was fired for walking off of her job without permission and her subsequent inability to get another job.
As a former employer (who will no longer ever have another employee), I applaud Wynn Las Vegas for firing her. Who needs a pushy employee dictating how she wants things to go (unasked, of course)?
If she wants to run the show and tell the boss how much to pay her, then she should start her own business. That would open up her eyes. Until then, she can reap the consequences of her actions.
