Letter: Despicable treatment of overweight women

Regarding the Las Vegas Sun's Aug. 9 story, "Fat's beauty in eye of beholder; Big Beautiful Women runs into 'tough love' as it meets in Vegas":

How could someone who was overweight treat overweight people so badly? These poor women from the Big Beautiful Women convention get treated this way every day of their lives; they come to Las Vegas for a chance to feel 100 percent comfortable with their surroundings and to get away from idiots like this guy.

Why would he ruin it for them? If he wants to spread his message of hate, he should use his cheap little Web site - don't go and ruin a trip that they paid for.
