Letter: GOP candidates can concede election now
Monday, April 30, 2007 | 7:36 a.m.
It is understandable that the Democratic candidates should debate so that the American public can choose their next president.
I fail to see however, why the Republican candidates think they need to do the same thing. For the past six years we have gotten nothing but lies from every Republican who opened his mouth.
It was bad enough that President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney could never find the way to shoot straight with the American people, but we have also seen hundreds of "me too" clowns supporting the top two losers of all time.
They could save a lot of time and money by conceding 2008 to the Democratic peacemakers!
