Letter: Guinn knew how to serve the public

This Democrat would like to thank a Republican. It's amazing to go from Republican Gov. Kenny Guinn, a public servant with a record of accomplishment and a spotless reputation, to a Washington-tainted Republican such as Gov. Jim Gibbons. It's amazing, simply amazing!

Thanks to Gov. Guinn for reminding Nevadans that a public servant can actually serve the public.
