If there's a granddaddy of automobile races staged on city streets, the Monaco Grand Prix would be it. On this side of the pond, the Long Beach Grand Prix sets the standard. So how will the inaugural Vegas Grand Prix, to be held in downtown Las Vegas this weekend, compare with those two famous high-octane carnivals? You be the judge.
