The Sun reported Monday that the proposed Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act would allow smoking in taverns. The story should have said that the act, which goes to voters on Nov. 7, would allow smoking only in establishments whose primary purpose is to serve alcohol but where the only food is prepackaged, such as popcorn, pretzels and other snacks.
