Letter: High court’s ruling on TASC predictable

Boy, if I said it once, I've said it at least twice anyway. I hope I never have the misfortune to have a case adjudicated by the state supreme court of Nevada (note lowercase) .

Of course it had to reject the Tax and Spending Control initiative. If taxes are held back, how could the justices receive another $10,000/$20,000 or more raise?
