Jason and Carol Cuppy of Colorado Springs, Colo., look over Sept. 11 displays in front of the New York-New York on Monday, the fi fth anniversary of the terrorist attacks. Tourists and locals came to visit the displays to mark the day. Las Vegan Betty Arvay, originally from New York, said she came to New York-New York to my pay my respects.
