Harry Reid is the fifth most powerful senator, trailing only four members of the majority party. John Ensign is ranked 41st in the Club of 100. Nevada's representatives are well down the list with Jon Porter (120) followed by Jim Gibbons (150) and Shelley Berkley (281). Those are the findings of a survey done by congress.org . To put the rankings in perspective, while Reid is ranked No. 1 in his party, Ensign is 27th among GOP senators. Porter is 98th among House Republicans while Gibbons is 126th - despite being there more than twice as long. Berkley is 72nd among House Democrats, putting her in the upper third.
