FLASHPOINT for Oct 30, 2006
Monday, Oct. 30, 2006 | 7:29 a.m.
Et tu, senator? You, too, Harry Reid, are going to vote early? How can that be? I am sure you are still deliberating on whom to vote for since you would never put party before quality. For instance, what a dilemma you must have in the governors race? You and Democrat Dina Titus dont get along, you supported her opponent (albeit quietly) in the primary and you did nothing to stop your son, Rory Reid, from taking the County Commission seat she thought she owned. And yet despite Jim Gibbons recent problems, you were thrilled when he decided not to run against you two years ago and you and some of your cronies helped with his hollow Education First initiative. Surely you must be undecided, senator.
