A story on Sunday incorrectly stated that Randy Walker, chairman of Clark County's fuel supply commission, told county commissioners Nov. 21 that Kinder Morgan Energy Partners does not plan to build a new fuel pipeline until Southern Nevada's fuel demand exceeds pipeline capacity by 30 percent. Walker told commissioners that Kinder Morgan changed its position after the fuel commission was created and announced plans in October to add a new $388 million pipeline to its current system by 2010. The Sun regrets the error.
