StumbleLetter: Nonsmokers have right to breathe easy

This is in response to Jacki Weil's letter published in the Las Vegas Sun on Nov. 10.
While complaining about her "smoking rights" being curtailed by the passage of Question 5, she's obviously totally insensitive toward the right of others not to be exposed to the smell and smoke of her cigarettes.
