Las Vegas Review-Journal Publisher Sherman Frederick calls the R-J driving Supreme Court Justice Becker out of office, because the newspaper didn't like a decision, democracy. Wrong. It's lynch mob justice.
Now no Nevada Supreme Court justice who wants to be re-elected will cross the R-J. That's what he and R-J Editor Thomas Mitchell call a "free country."
