Letter: President simply isn’t using his head

Regarding President Bush's announcement that he plans to deploy the National Guard so that troops would patrol our southern border to stem the flow of illegal immigrants:

I wonder if the president will ever learn to use his head.

Thanks, President Bush, for advising the illegal immigrants of your action in advance - now they can intensify their efforts to cross over before the troops are deployed.
