Team USA on the way

Team USA and Duke basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski, speaking at a press conference Tuesday at Wynn Las Vegas, announced that tickets are now on sale for the 2006 State Farm USA Basketball Challenge, which is scheduled for Aug. 3 at the Thomas & Mack Center. The Men's Senior National Team will play Puerto Rico. Tickets are priced at $75, $50, $18 and $12 and can be purchased online at www.vegassummerhoops.com or by calling 388-FANS. The USA Basketball Men's Senior team will hold training camp in Las Vegas. This will be the only chance to see the team before the 2006 FIBA World Championships in Japan Aug. 19-Sept. 3.
