Should be a beautiful ceremony today when a nonprofit organization unveils a new housing facility for disabled adults. The Dina Titus Estates is being dedicated on a site near Boulder Highway. Sounds great and worthwhile, although I am a little puzzled why the Dina Titus campaign for governor sent out a news release. Is this a campaign event or a result of honest good works? More interesting was the release's first sentence, which was written by a disabled writer and began, "After years of being an advocate for persons with disabilities in the legislature ..." Do you suppose Titus was talking about her caucus? Or disabled legislators in general? And which ones would those be? Now there's a full-time job.
