Letter: Those who sign contracts should honor them

I don't know much about contracts, but I also have had no problem with those I entered into:

All these contracts I honored.

I don't know much about garbage, either. But when a company such as Republic Services negotiates a contract with the city of Las Vegas and Clark County, it should honor it.

That means garbage pickup twice a week and pickup of recyclables every two weeks. Easy to understand, and that's what I paid for.

I suppose it has to do with profit and loss. But honor it as is or open a bid for all comers.
