The Las Vegas Sun's June 14 story regarding Republic Services' attempt to charge customers extra for overflowing dumpsters got me thinking.
If Republic is going to charge extra for overflowing Dumpsters, then to be fair, they should offer customers a 50 percent refund every time they pick up a Dumpster that is only half full.
