With all the mayors coming into town for a conference, Oscar Goodman is poised to help his colleagues do business in their cities. Goodman and "his dynamic team share their strategies and best practices for establishing the business-friendly environment that makes Las Vegas the fastest and most profitable city in which to work and do business," says the conference program. Oh? I suppose the strategies will include how to roust the homeless, how to give away the tax incentive store and how to hype a 61-acre parcel and blow through two master developers? And perhaps His Honor will tell them about Neonopolis. "Right now, with all due respect, it stinks," he said of it Thursday. Now that's business-friendly.
