Bob Rose is going national. Or so he hopes. The gadfly who has filed ethics complaints about local officials over the years - sometimes with the help of Gadfly in Chief Steve Miller - once again has picked up the newspaper and smelled an ethics complaint. But this time he doesn't want the state Ethics Commission to take the case; he wants the U.S. Senate Ethics Committee to investigate Harry Reid for that Ringside with Reid boxing ticket controversy. Rose is armed with nothing more than a fax machine and a newspaper subscription (I don't even think he has call waiting), but his ethics complaints have started downward spirals of local government folks. Reid must be worried now.
