Regarding Dale Quale's July 22 letter, which the Las Vegas Sun headlined, "Israel not without fault in this crisis":
I cannot believe this person's misguided thoughts. Sending bombs into civilian areas within Israel is not a border incident. This is true of both Hezbollah and Hamas. Israel has left Gaza and Lebanon. The Palestinians in Gaza used it as a launching pad to kill Israelis.
Now the Hezbollah is using the south of Lebanon as a launching pad to kill Israelis. Most Arab states are happy with the strike against Hezbollah. Israel has struck a powerful blow for the West in the war on Islamist terror.
When the Hezbollah strikes here in the United States, G-d forbid, will Mr. Quale say that Israel overreacted against Hezbollah? They have killed before and they will not hesitate to come against us.
