FLASHPOINT for Jul 22, 2007

So apparently, Richard Ziser, the religious right leader who pushed the anti-gay marriage initiative, bought that Barbara Lee Woollen has those conservative values he loves to tout. Ziser's group, Nevada Concerned Citizens, gave Woollen the nod over state Treasurer Brian Krolicki in the lieutenant governor's race. I would have paid a lot of money to be at Ziser's breakfast table when Krolicki's ad tying Woollen to the adult film industry started playing Friday. I bet he choked on his cornflakes and started wondering if any of his NCC members had their TVs on. Woollen is wailing about the spots, but her company clearly gave equipment to some adult films. Are these the values Ziser wants us to pass on to our children?
