Letter: Concert prices out of control in Las Vegas

Thank you for the great article on July 2 concerning the outrageous prices for concerts in Las Vegas. I just moved here from San Diego and I am disappointed at the inflation of ticket prices for Vegas concerts. I also missed the Black Crowes show at the Joint because of the ticket price (not to mention the service charges).

It's a shame that performing musicians and their management only see dollar signs when they plan to perform here. A locals price would be a fair deal for the people who live here.
