Exhibit of Israeli artists planned

An exhibit of work by more than 100 Israeli artists and artisans will be on display Sunday through Feb. 4 at Temple Beth Sholom, 10700 Havenwood Lane in Summerlin.

The show, "Expressions Art Exhibit," is curated by Itzhak Assour, a former Israeli army paratrooper who was injured while on duty and began sculpting during his rehabilitation. It features paintings, sculptures, Judaica, crafts and jewelry, some of which is for sale.

A preview reception will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets for the reception are $50.
