Never has a judges decision meant so much to so many families. I know how much it meant to me and I am so, so grateful. No, it wasnt a stay of execution at least I hope it wasnt. No, it wasnt a decision for the plaintiff in a massive civil case at least I hope it doesnt turn out that way. It was, though, so moving, so emotional a moment, I still feel myself about to go lachrymose. There was the AP story: A judge has ended a hearing over a request for an injunction against the maker of the handheld blackberry device without issuing a decision. And so I was thrilled Friday when I saw the news on my BlackBerry.
