Now this will be priceless: On its agenda this week the Clark County Commission will present a resolution honoring Ellen Knowlton, the departing head of the local FBI office. Can you imagine the wording of the resolution as it mentions her signature achievement? "Whereas we seven members of the commission have not been indicted by Ms. Knowlton, whereas she has indicted three of our former colleagues and thus paved the way for some of us to advance our political careers, and whereas we admire her ferreting out public corruption and casting a pall over local government, we hereby honor FBI boss Ellen Knowlton for Operation G-Sting. Godspeed and please leave quickly."
