Who are these people? On the cover of an invitation for a March 2 fundraiser for the Republican state Senate contingent, the staid group is arrayed and smiling. The senators are "united and working hard for you ..." the cover says. Open the invitation, though, and be very afraid. The rest of the sentence is revealed as "... and having a great time doing it." There we see cut-ups such as Joe Heck, Mike McGinness and Maurice Washington - along with the others - laughing, holding hands (!) and apparently ... having a great time. This is a truly scary bunch of fun-loving, cackling folks, it appears. And although Carson City can always use a little more humor, I want my boring GOP state Senate back, please.
