Letter: Obama has right stuff to be great U.S. leader
Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006 | 7:04 a.m.
I have just read Sen. Barack Obama's book, "The Audacity of Hope," and strongly urge everyone who is concerned with America's future to read this incredible literary contribution.
The past 10 years have seen us mired in the depths of political stagnation, which has seriously divided the country. We need someone to alter this course, and I do believe that Sen. Obama has the wisdom, enthusiasm and intellectual capital to lead us into being a "united" nation once again.
Hopefully his vision to elevate the United States to the respected position we once held throughout the world will overcome the naysayers who disclaim his ability because of inexperience. Please read his book - it could very well change your mind.
