A story Thursday about Clark County's priorities for next year's state legislative session incorrectly said that Commissioner Bruce Woodbury wants lawmakers to place an alternative amendment to the Property Owner's Bill of Rights on the 2008 ballot. Woodbury wants the Legislature to pass its own constitutional amendment on eminent domain in the 2007 session. Lawmakers then would have to pass the measure again during the 2009 session before it would go before voters in 2010. The Sun regrets the error.
